- Key Responsibilities * Punctuality: Report on time and complete the agreed performance hours. * Quality Entertainment: Deliver professional, engaging music across different genres. * Customer Attraction: Help attract new customers and encourage repeat visits. * Sales Growth: Support increased bar and restaurant sales through engaging performances. * Marketing: Promote scheduled performances through personal networks and approved social media channels. * Professional Conduct: Maintain discipline and treat guests, staff and management respectfully. * Equipment Care: Properly handle all equipment and report damage or faults immediately. * Communication: Inform management in advance of any delays, or absence. * Performance Reporting: Submit a brief report after each session on attendance, customer response and challenges. Accountability: Performance will be evaluated based on punctuality, music quality, customer engagement, marketing efforts, and sales contribution

- Qualification Requirements * Certificate or training in music is an added advantage. * Demonstrable talent in singing and/or playing musical instruments. * Experience performing live before an audience is preferred. * Ability to perform multiple music genres. * A portfolio of recorded performances or live performance videos. * At least two professional references or evidence of previous engagements, where available. * Ability to perform independently or work with a band and sound technician.
