3-6 Month Male Purebred Exotic Kitten

3-6 Month Male Purebred Exotic Kitten Highlights

• Exotic Shorthair Temperament: Exotic Shorthairs are known for their sweet, gentle, and affectionate nature. They are typically calm, quiet, and enjoy being close to their owners, often seeking out a warm lap.
• Low-Maintenance Coat: The defining feature of the Exotic Shorthair is its short, dense, plush coat. This makes grooming much easier compared to their Persian cousins, requiring only weekly brushing to prevent mats.
• Playful and Adaptable: Despite their calm demeanor, Exotics are playful and enjoy interactive toys. They adapt well to various living situations, including apartments, and generally get along well with children and other pets.
• Health Considerations: Like Persians, Exotics can be prone to certain health issues such as polycystic kidney disease (PKD) and eye problems like entropion. Responsible breeders screen for these conditions.
• Lifespan and Size: Exotic Shorthairs typically live for 10-15 years. They are medium-sized cats, weighing between 8-15 pounds, with a sturdy, cobby body and a rounded head.
